I made 2 oversized lapquilt from them. Curves were out of my comfort zone so I decided I had to try them. I found using Elmer's Glue on the ends and snipping along the curves mad it easier to stitch the 2 sections together. Elmer's Glue washes out and I only put just a tiny little line on the fabric and then heat set it with the iron.
The ruler is a QRC mini ruler by Sew Kind of Wonderful. The have many patterns using this ruler. It comes with a free pattern for a table runner. I made the table runner first. I was able to figure out the rule and it made Moon Dance easy.
