If this happens to you on another order, do take pictures of everything, the way it is packaged and the contents inside and contact the company, being able to send them pictures. I have not had this problem with fabric orders, but I did purchase a sewing machine online and when it arrived at the P.O. where I had to pick it up, because they wanted me to see all the damage to the box before it left the P.O. I don't know how the machine even got this far. The sewing machine itself was amazingly fine, the case was broken. I took all pictures there, including opening the box in front witness, sent all to the Seller and was reimbursed for the purchase and informed to just keep the machine. It really does pay to go through the process, some companies are very understanding when you have visual proof. Good luck next time.
