I'm with the others, I'm so sorry this happened and you should let the company know. Take pictures any time a package arrives wrong, preferably starting before you open it. Even without pictures, let the company know...

Is a shame this happened from a company that you trusted.

I don't often order fabric but I recently got some and mine arrived in lovely condition -- I would have felt really bad to receive what you did and at the price paid plus shipping.
