Unfortunately, that seems to be the way things work today. I sent an email to Missouri Star Quilting, got an email back from their chat and followed the directions on that email to get a 'real person' response. Days later, still no answer to my question or an email from a real person. I'm guessing that they don't want, or need my business. I'm not chasing after them. Either they answer or not. In the meantime, I'll take my quilt/fabric buying elsewhere.
