Sorry, but I'd say being 1/4" to 3/8" off is, pretty darned good! Like, as in, almost perfect cutting.

Unfortunately, customer service is not as good as we once received.
You can't really do much about it though, other than to follow up, just in case it got honestly missed.
When I do get good customer service, it's such an amazing feeling.
Especially when it is exceptional and sincere, and doesn't feel like they are pandering all over me.
For sure, I let them know how much I appreciate it, and what they did that made such a difference.
