I wouldn't complain about an 1/2" off cut yardage. I have more than that much left over for scrap which I don't need more of anyway. I have always gotten a response from Missouri Star, Quilt in Day, Jordan Fabrics, Shabby Fabrics, and Fat Quarter Shop. From a complaint to just asking a question. Those are the main online shops I buy from. But I buy from anywhere that has what I want.
