I've heard good things about the Pellon at Walmart! Sadly my Walmart remodeled a couple years ago and the entire craft section is gone, there's a teeny spot with some yarn and picture frames, hodge podge supplies and that's it.
before they had fabrics by the yard on bolts and precut, tons of notions, batting and lots of yarn
