by coincidence, i saw a different tutorial this morning that uses the same process but the foundations are printed on freezer paper. there would be no need for the glue stick. i'm going to try this one .... eventually.... because i have a lot of freezer paper on hand.

there are several youtube videos that demonstrate the freezer paper method. this is just one:

to me, both methods look a lot easier than sewing on the paper and then having to remove it.

I have included pictures and I am using downloaded patterns and printing them on my printer no freezer paper
