I noticed that the blocks were being put into alphabetical order in the gallery but didn't realize you had to make that happen Janice! I thought perhaps it was just something that was done automatically.

I take it you're feeling better today!

You mentioned that the meandering on your Swoon quilt was "all over the place". That made me chuckle. I thought that's what meandering was...LOL

I too one day hope to overcome the fear of messing something up by trying FMQ on my machine. But as you said...makes for a learning experience. That's the right attitude.

Yes, I do keep track and I do this each swap but this is the first time someone has commented that her blocks have disappeared. They're still there, just in a somewhat different order than you may be expecting. For example, AQ's blocks are shown first and WMUTeach's last within each owner's group.

SusieQOH, you give me hope that the recovery will be swift! Yay!

What I don't have much hope for is my poor Swoon Quilt. To say my meandering is all over the place is an understatement. It feels so awkward having something large under my needle to FMQ. I'm sure it's just practice getting the sandwich properly situated and adjusting constantly. This is why I've held off finishing so many pieces but I'm determined to overcome the problems. I suspect Swoon won't be as nice as I'd hoped but it'll be a great learning piece. That makes it worthwhile.
