Ooooo I understand why you chose them. The second one particularly would make a great backing for a quilt. I stopped in today to pick up some fabric to finish a quilt for some one else. I did not want to run out and then a bold of white on white jumped into my arms. Yes, I use white on white often for background in blocks.
