Oh My Goodness!! That was so much fun!! I guess I learned a lot more than just following the pantograph lines while using my friend's machine. I stopped trying to control the longarm with two hands and used just my right--as if I was behind the machine. What a difference! I will never be afraid of FMQ again!!

I purposely chose a contrasting thread but the fabric is very busy and I don't know if the stitching will really show up in a photo. The top fabric has been in my stash for at least 15 years. I made my DD a couple of scrub tops from it way back then. The back is flannelette that was printed so off kilter, I could not find another use for it. But I think it will make an acceptable donation baby quilt. Now to trim and bind!

AND! I got an email with a tracking number for my rear handles. They should be here next week! I am beyond excited!
