Janice good news on the knee. I have been walking daily and it has been so hot and humid I have set the alarm so I can be out the door as early as possible. You have been my motivation

We went to lunch with Dh’s sister and said our goodbyes. Their son goes to the same church as us so we stay informed of each others activities until e see each other in the fall again

I have mentioned hubby’s brother Bob who is my age but had 2 strokes and now is battling dementia. He is in a care center close to his family home which is a good thing because he is acting out like a naughty 6 year old. It would be funny if not so sad. He has figured out away to brace himself in his wheelchair to block the entrance to his room and they have to call his wife who can talk him into moving. Sharon spends all afternoon and evening with him and this way he has her company in the morning also. Sounds pretty smart to me.

TG I have grown my hair out the last 2 yards but when I get overheated my first thought is this has to be cut. Now it’s long enough to twist up or friends French braid it. Not sure if I will ever get accustomed to heavy hair on my neck. Hang in their and give this hair cut a chance
