How to use
Add 3 measuring spoons (included) of salt into the steamer (if you use it on 220V add 1 measuring spoon). Add 1 full measuring cup of tap water into the steamer. That is not the Osrow Steamstress II. The Osrow says only one measure (probably 1/8 tsp) per fill with two of the larger, maybe not quite a 1/2 Cup size.

There is also a Spanish youtube video that mentions the salt and water amount to use.
