tonight is bone in pork chops with flavorings of choice done in air fryer, some leftover rice, and got a head of Romanesco. Will break into florets and use olive oil and flavorings and roast in hot oven.

When I do broccoli this way I save the stems and freeze them and when I have a bag full make broccoli potato soup and whiz it in the blender to smooth it out. Use an onion and broth and flavorings. I'm having a tooth pulled Wednesday so going to make some of it tomorrow and have it on the ready.
