Good morning. GramE, On bad days it seems there is no end to PT but on the good days, I see improvement. I didn’t have a knee replacement, just arthroscopic surgery to clip the bad spots on my meniscus. I cannot imagine the pain with a replacement if this hurt as badly as it did in the beginning. No thank you. I’m just intolerant of much pain. My mother walked around with a broken arm for days with virtually no pain. Me, I get a paper cut and I’m ready to take to bed. Ok, ok, an exaggeration but not much of one.
Happily, no more bear sightings, but I’m listening to the birds signing in the light rain we’re having. One bird, an Eastern Towhee, made the most perfect nest in a shrub over the course of several days but now she’s disappeared. Had hoped we’d have babies right outside our window. Time will tell.
