Iceblossom, I found lupin flour at our local Bulk Barn! The price was pretty good and having a coupon helped. I made DH lupin flour brownies. In my opinion, they were not quite sweet enough. The recipe called for monk fruit sweetener. I only had Splenda. I am also wondering if I should have sifted the lupin flour or add just a tad less. It is ground so fine, that it seemed to really pack down in the measuring cup.
I also found a recipe for lupin bread and a lupin pizza crust. We haven't tried the sausage pizza yet. One of these days, tho.
