👏👏👏. Everyone keep up the great work of using your fabric!
In the month of April, I used around 13 yards of batiks. Today, I finished my 8th batik top since March 1st. I figure 26 yards are in the tops. Feels good to have space in the batik drawers. Now it’s time to work with donated fat quarters supplemented by my own stash.
I went through a couple of medium sized bins of white fabrics. Most of the fabrics were smaller pieces but I did pull out some for toddler sized quilts. I had some odd sized bags and stuffed 10 of them with white fabric and will give it to my church garage sale tomorrow. So win/win because the bags were repurposed.
Then I decided to return several floral prints of yardage to my church quilter’s bins. They have had a their vacation at my house but time for them to move on. 😁
Last, but not least, Christmas fabrics and some other themed fabrics were put in 2 gallon bags and given to a different fundraiser garage sale.
I don’t know how much went out my door but I love seeing empty spaces in bins and on shelves.
