You can put a link in your signature (or probably in your profile), but to actually link your website in a post is considered self-promotion, which is not allowed.
To put it in your signature
In one of the top bars there is a link to
User CP, click on that.
On the left side of the page scroll down to
Edit Signature, click on that.
After you enter whatever in the Edit Signature text box, be sure to scroll down to the
Save Signature button, click on that.
