It is basically, after you make the binding for on the quilt, what do you do with it before or as you are putting it on your quilt.
As in:
Do you let the length of it lay on the floor while you are sewing it on, or do you fold it up a certain way, or do you feed it out of a box while you are putting it on, or perhaps store it a certain way until you need it? Or, do you just keep it in a jumbled pile while you put it on or store it?
No worries, it also took me a minute to figure out what the title of the tread meant as well.
