I ventured into JA yesterday to check out indoor/outdoor fabric prices. I use it for jelly-roll rugs. None left, but checked out cotton fabrics. 50-60% off. Bought 11 pieces of blenders ( 2 yard minimum) of yellows, oranges, blacks, and greys. I chatted with employee that was cutting fabric. She wasn't sure of the closing, "End of the month," was all she knew, but she mentioned that they are paying an extra $1/hour for now.
BTW, while waiting to pay, I examined my list of fabrics' ticket. 24 yards total. I counted 11 pieces, which is 22 yards total. I had to explain to cashier that 11 times 2 equals 22, not 24.
