The only one I bought is By Annie's. I got it specifically for using with clear vinyl pouches. Like all By Annie's products, at least in my experience, it's a great product.
For bags or other places when I'm using cotton, if I want an adhesive baste, I use a ScraPerfect Glue Tip (large) on a bottle of Elmer's School Glue, or if you can't find those, a FineLine Glue Tip, which also fits the Elmer's bottles.
