Thank you so much. I have tried all of these options for uploading the photos and repeatedly get an "upload of file failed" message. They are 1 MB and JPG files so everything checks off the requirements. I've followed all the steps, tried uploading a single rather than multiple files, tried using a different browser, and alternated between a smartphone and a laptop. Every time I receive the same message on the upload window. I build website as part of my job so tech issues usually are no problem, but I cannot figure this out. If I ever can get it to work, I'm sure the photos of my machine will help! I appreciate your feedback.
