"Old" me who wanted all the fabric would have happily bought 35-50 bolts if I had the money (which I usually didn't then but do now) -- to heck with the space or excess! I gave myself a splurge budget and a narrow shopping list. I could have happily joined another few bolts, but 10 was what I felt comfortable about. The textured black/gray I will bring to my group on Tuesday, one of the ladies there took a really cool extra large print that was hard to use, not only for the scale of the print but also for the colors. They weren't faded or washed out, but they weren't sharp red and black. She makes "Mondo Bags" and often donates them to groups/charities, I think the black will be perfect for the inside.
In terms of fabric in/out -- I still gave away more to the ladies last Tuesday than I brought home today. But not so much as really makes a difference. Net loss, but hard to tell.
