Quickly glancing through that list, I've used Ethel Bird and she's fabulous. Fast shipping, great product. Same with Wilma. And I'm fairly certain Wilma ships internationally (and when I bought something with a Priority flat rate box, she stuffed all my fabric into the one box to save me from having to go the same size up (per my request))
