@joe'smom Yay you! you post it in whatever thread you want. I think your background fabric was an awesome choice and makes your quilt look more personalized/less red white blue generic.
Just as an aside, I had my sewing group come to my house recently. Ended up as sort of a trunk show of my projects and everyone remarked how heavy Bonnie's projects were. Those seams add up!
