Singer No. 27 vs 2 Would like to know more.
I was at a thrift store and saw an old Singer. I purchased it. The cabinet is a bit rough but I have the broken bits. The machine looks dusty but immaculate. Instructions and accessories kit included. I need to get a new belt. Can anyone tell me more about the machine or where to buy a belt and how to install it? I am worried if I bend the Instructions they will turn to dust. Should I get the cabinet repaired/restored? I want to do this machine justice. I am a newbie so please go easy.
