I didn't save any photos of FMQ on this quilt, but I agree with Iceblossom, that piecing on Bonnie's quilts is so busy that any custom work would not show very much. I've been sending quilts out for quilting due to back issues, and am glad I finally came to terms with doing that. So I would say, either do something simple yourself, or look into sending out.
