Well it’s time again to select our July UFO number. So this month’s number is = #9. My number 9 is the BHMQ called Grassy Creek. I have the blocks made for mystery size. But I want to enlarge to my king size measurements. So I need a few more blocks and have decided to string sew the 3.5” by 9.5” sashing verses just cutting out the brown fabric. I cut out the brown sashing and it just didn’t look right to me. Too much dark brown. So this 1st week or so, I’m making strings. Then I will sew the project together. Quilt and bind.
