I just saw your post above and wondered if you have ever looked at the tutorials on Youtube by Quilted Forrest. https://www.youtube.com/@thequiltedforest She has 15 or 16, maybe more with ways to use 2.5" strips.

Gemm, I am not much of a "random stash pull" kind of quilter either. But when I can pull from one or two color ways, I can easily live with the results. Most of those don't stay with me but are passed on as donation quilt often to Project Linus.

I did my monthly count of finished quilts a few minutes ago and I used 15.5 yards of fabric this month. Yeah, I used more than that but my projects aren't done so will count them when I finish. Two quilts finished all from stash and progress on several long term projects that will be growing with time.

Keep stitching and diminishing your stash while increasing your joy of projects done and done!
