Some time ago I put my less-used specialty rulers in a couple of plastic grocery bags and stuck them in one side of a magazine rack. We then acquired an inversion table, which led to the magazine rack being taken down to the basement. So recently I asked DH to bring up those plastic bags, because I was anticipating needing two of the rulers. The magazine rack was empty! The only thing that makes sense to me is that I emptied the rack before it was taken downstairs.
I re-purchased the two rulers (one of which I hated using and swore I would never use again, but turns out I need it to trim some leader/ender units, ha). I'm drawing a complete blank on having taken the bags out of the magazine in the first place, and my imagination fails as to where I might have tucked them away.
Most of my time is wasted before I ever get to the sewing room.
