Default Davis 1915 Sewing machine

Hello. I just inherited a Davis 1915 sewing machine. It is in a Tiger Oak cabinet. The machine itself seems to be in good condition. I am working on rebuilding/refinishing the case/cabinet now. I have to replace/build the foldout/foldover shelf that raises the machine to the top surface. I have all the chain mechanism EXCEPT the bracket the holds the chain on the foldout shelf. It looks like it was pulled out of the wood shelf and lost. The shelf itself has had damage in the past where the hinges are but I do have the hinges. I am only missing the hardware that connects the lifting chain to the foldout shelf. I have searched the internet for this item but no luck. Anyone know where I can get this hardware piece--or even a picture of what it looked like?
Thanks,
Dave
