Carbs change when the food is cold or frozen and better for you, you can look it up as to why. I keep baked potatoes in the fridge most of the time. Slice and fry them single layer with bacon grease in a cast iron skillet until crispy. Fries good with olive oil too. I buy the package of hard boiled eggs instead of boiling my own and keep a package or two in the fridge. I like egg salad sandwiches. The pre boiled eggs are such a time saver.
