OneBeGone, you say the cold changes the carbs in potatoes. Does it add or subtract the carbs as I love potatoes anyway I can get them and this would be great to know. Right now I'm on a special diet so I can't have any potatoes this week but I'm almost over this diet so I can get back to my favorite foods but in moderation. I find weighing my foods helps me from eating too much of one item. And I found I like these wrap type sandwichs too.
