I think Quiltmaker owns the patterns Bonnie Hunter publishes with them, they aren't on her website and if she refers to them with a note of what issue they were in.

I haven't subscribed to magazines since 1998, but I've picked up a few at estate sales. What jumps out at me is the idea that fabric lines have a relationship with magazines and that dictates what fabrics you see. there is usually a full page ad for the line used in the patterns somewhere in the mag.
I expect designers have the same kind of co-relationship. I don't see creativity now, I see marketing to sell ever more fabric and the dream you too can make this quilt and be famous and thin and beautiful and rich No fat shaming.... just sayin'
