I watch for daily flash sales especially at Missouri Star and Quilt in a Day. The tools I need seem to always pop up on a great sale. I have the Martelli Roundabout bought on sale for $70 at Walmart online. base and mat. It's worth the price because the mat can be changed out. I don't think I'd buy it retail price now but boy it is it good. Here is a good hint. I have email notice when anything I add to watch for price drops on Amazon. When the price drops on something in my list I get an email. Some don't last long but the savings are sometimes half price. You pay for internet, make it work for you.
