I was on a crazy diet to go along with the red light therapy I've been doing this summer and 1 of the dinner recipes was for Cajun Talapia. It was so good then, I decided to have it again tonight so out came the rest of the Talapia fish. Think the seasoning were Cajun and Cumin, baked for a10-15 minutes or until flakey. Took only 10 minutes for me the last time. I'll add some of my home grown green beans with it and then berries for dessert. This whole diet menu you weighed your food, mainly the meat, veggies and fruit unless you were having an apple or an orange. I was only on this crazy diet for 7 days and lost 6 pounds so not a bad deal. Came out with some good recipes plus I'm now eating lunch, something I rarely did. They had you either on a wrap of a sort or a salad but again 4oz was the key weight for the items you ate. With my wrap I'd have fresh brocchi and califlower for my veggie. So far I've lost 17 pounds and I haven't been able to get any walking done due to my hip giving me grief most of this summer but I went up and down my stairs quite a few times, does that count as exercise?
