I made an early dinner today. Baked Chicken Drumsticks It was a super easy recipe and really yummy. Just pat the drumsticks dry, put them in a ziplock baggie with a tablespoon of oil. Moosh them up to get them coated, add some seasonings to the baggie s/a paprika, hickory salt, garlic powder, chopped parsley, a little ground cumin, chopped rosemary, pepper, etc and moosh them up some more. Put them on a tray lined with tinfoil and greased with oil and bake them for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. turn them and bake some more for another 20 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to make sure they are around 186-195 degrees internally and their done. Easy! I served them with a farro/cucumber salad.
