I was wondering what, if any, the difference between an economy block and square in a square block was. Seems like many consider them to be interchangeable but Quilters Cache seems to show a difference, with the Economy actually being a square in a square in a square as seen at

Looks like dimensions can be found for either, shown in above responses.
