Good morning, Roses.
The grands vacated the premises quickly once the younger one, 3, started her second meltdown of the day. Get this, she was insisting that mom drive and when dad said he was going to, thar she blew. But this is what irks me, mom said, “she wants me to drive” and my son, usually in agreement with his wife, saw what I saw and said no, he is driving. That child is trying to get her way with everything and mom constantly gives in. She admitted yesterday that she “spoils” her. I’ll say. Wait til she’s a little older and she’ll be a terror if this isn’t curbed. Sorry. Just needed to vent! Overall, I think they’re very good parents, probably better than DH and I were.
Anyway, that’s the reason I had time to get everything up this morning for the Boom. (Ahhh, the silence!)
I’ve gotten two notifications of packages arriving Wednesday. Some of you are on the ball. Way to go! You have until the 22nd to get them to me. Just be sure to ship leaving a few days for them to make their way from your house to mine.
