Oooo, love that braided pork loin idea. We buy it regularly because of the price point and low fat quality (good thing there is bacon involved). I usually cut them into 3rds for about 3-4 pound sections but I think I can do this whole or pretty much... have to measure the "baseball bat of pork" against the smoker.

This recipe didn't use bacon, but gave me the visuals I needed to be sure I understood (which I did). Mostly I'm putting this link here so it will tickle my thoughts...
