It is hot out there, but tonight will be Kirkland (raw) brats from Costco. I also like the Italian Sausage. I parboil in the microwave first, half a pack for 6 minutes maybe? The whole thing for 10 minutes. And then finish them on the grill. Crisp on the outside, cooked on the inside, but not overdone/burnt and I don't have to stand over them the whole time. Just put them down for a couple minutes, turn for a couple more, and then a final turn (or two).
We typically have kraut and/or raw cabbage on hand for sides. Also pickles are reasonably keto friendly if you don't have to worry about salt.
