I recently ordered a Juki TL 18QVP from Juki Junkies (based out of Gigi's Fabric shop in FL) . None of my local dealers had one for me to try out and I read online everywhere that their customer service is amazing. And it is!
  • Thay have a BUNCH of free youtube videos tutorials.
  • They threaded the machine, wound a bobbin and set the tension before shipping it. I was literally able to start sewing within 5 minutes of taking it out of the box and oiling it. They used "good" thread for the bobbin and thread (Glide and a nice neutral color).
So far I 100% adore the machine. It is a bit nosier than my "all the bells and whistles" computerized machine but honestly I LOVE the "mechanical" sounds. TBH I havent used my computerized machine since I received the Juki...although I know I will given the Juki is a straight stitch only machine.

Based on what I have experienced so far with Juki Junkies and what I've read online, I expect if there is an issue that Juki Junkies will do the right thing. They are also known as Janome Junkies so if you are in the market for a Janome and considering purchasing online...I would purchase from them as well.
