They threaded the machine, wound a bobbin and set the tension before shipping it.
Would you believe some said they were sent a used machine because it was threaded? Made negative comments about it.
My dealer gave me boxed Juki from the back and never opened it. Customer service is absolutely gone from most of the local quilt shops in my area. My next Juki will be from Juki Junkies. I do order all the accessories and thread from them.
