My two girls ate whole milk cottage cheese by the gallon. It was the dip to have with potato chips for them and their girlfriends. We like cottage cheese and eggs whipped in the blender to make omelettes.
I never thought I would find anyone else who uses cottage cheese as their chip dip. I have used it for over 45 years as my go to dip. I prefer it straight up and use the 2%. Nothing added ever. I have never tried the cottage cheese and eggs whipped to make omelettes.
