The names of these quilts are as follows....purple/yellow is called Trail Mix, a free pattern I found on the Quilted Twins site in Florida. Their son got the next one in purples, blues and whites called Abstraction, not free thought. The Drunkards Path I created on EQ8 using the 7.5 and 3.5 templkates I've had for years and decided to go out of my comfort zone for curves. I found if you glue the ends and put a pin at the center while sewing them, it made it easier to keep them together. The last one in reds/whites, the couple asked for checkerboard and this is what I came up with. Watched a youtube video on making the blocks. I felt she goofed on the measuremeants though and used .5" larger than what she said to use and then trimmed to size. This I just called an Optical Illusion, used an E2E for the body and then custom for the sashings and borders. Had to make it large enough for a queen bed.
All fabrics came from my stash except the backings.
