I just kept assuming it wasn’t the seam but it was. It wasn’t the pattern. It wasn’t until I slowed down, focused more and benefited from better lighting that I could make everything work out. I’m still going slower but working on more challenging blocks again and they’re as close to 12-1/2 inches as they’ve ever been. What a relief. So it’s not just you!
I've been frustrated lately. All these years of quilting and I feel like I'm going backward sometimes! It's like "what the H"???
But yesterday I got a perfect 12.5 block. So now I'm not feeling so deficient
