It’s finally finished!!
I posted about it here.
The thought of quilting it myself has been giving me a stomach ache for months, so for the first time ever, I sent it out to be long-armed by Sundance Quilting.
I bound it myself.
Since the longarming was expensive, I didn’t want to spend more money on a purchased backing, but also didn’t have an appropriate length of material to use. So I pieced a Franken-backing using orphan blocks from this and other projects.
I’m glad I made this quilt.
I’m glad it’s over.
I don’t plan to do it again!!
The first clue dropped on the day my granddaughter was born. I’m glad I finished it before she took her first steps.
