I'd use strips of your fabric for the binding. Just sew the different ones together into one long strip and sew it on. Try not to have a joined seam at a corner tho. I often use pieced bindings with all the leftover fabrics from the quilt (something I learned from my momma). If I'm attaching it and realize that a joining seam is too close to the corner I just cut off about 3-6 inches and re-join. I use different length to begin with so it never stands out if I have to do that.
