I had a couple of post-war Pfaffs, they are built like a tank. I ultimately decided against keeping them as they were too high maintenance (needed a screw-driver to clean out the bobbin area). This was in my period where people kept giving me free sewing machines. I sold them on ebay, to professional seamstresses.
