The pattern is pretty easy to figure out, is all on a grid. Finding the fabric is the harder thing, but mostly you need a fairly large scale (floral) print without a whole lot of color variation.
I don't do facebook and I had some issues copying the image over to Google Image search. But even once we know the name, the fabric may be years old, or limited current run and you might not be able to to find it.
